How soon can I receive my goods?
All orders will ship out from Jorma Bridal
Dress Factory (Suzhou, China). After We
received your
payment, we'll have 21 business days to
process your order, (Custom-made items need 30 business days). You will also immediately receive an
email of delivery status from us when your order is
shipped out. Usually it will take another 4-5 business
days for EMS/TNT/DHL Delivery
to reach your hand. And you will
receive an email notification the day your order has
been shipped .
Please note If you choice EMS/ TNT/DHL,
Your phone No. is required.
Item must be received and sign by the people in the
address. EMS or TNT/DHL will call you in case of that they
can not find people in the address and they never
leave the item in front of your door. They will send
it back after 2 or 3 times delivery. We encourage you
to leave you phone No. to increase safety and avoid
delay of shipping.
