• We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns. 
• We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you. 
• Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
• Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee. 
• Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
• Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. 
• All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.
• Refund only after the return package is received. 
• No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
• Please provide your measurements and special require by our measurements guide exactly, that's very important.
