- We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.
- We do have 14 days money back guarantee for
standard size order. If you are not satisfy with
the quality and dress not fit for you.
- Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance
charges are not refundable.
- Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
- Items must be in original shipped condition,
unworn, unaltered, and have all original
packaging.
- Once we authorize your return, we will give you
an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write
the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of
receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7
days, we will can't accept any return.
- Refund only after the return package is
received.
- No exchange to another size because you are
required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE
before you order.
- Please provide your measurements and special require
by our measurements
